MetricPulse features a free 14-day trial on new accounts under a variety of plans. During this trial, you have the option to extend your service by entering your credit card information and agreeing to pay for the service under your chosen plan. If your trial lapses and you do not enter your credit card information, your account, settings, and data may be deleted.
You can easily cancel your account from within the ‘My Account’ section of the site. Upon cancellation, WebSolvers will not charge your account again, but you do assume responsibility for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 12th of every month, and you cancel on the 20th, you will still have to pay for the current month, but you will not be charged again.
WebSolvers, Inc. does not assume responsibility for notifying customers of the specifics of their billing cycle. WebSolvers does not issue refunds or prorate MetricPulse service. In order to treat everyone equally, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
